YW Value Posters
These are the Young Women Value posters I've been working on for New Beginnings. It was a learning experience for me on the computer! I found the clothespin dolls I made almost 10 years ago, in the YW closet. I don't think they've been used since. I made a new "Virtue" doll to add to the collection.

Smiles
This is what I found the other night before I went to bed. Even when the boys aren't here, they bring a smile to my face :)

Blessing Day
Of course the whole reason for the trip to CA was for the baby blessing.

The Rose Parade
Char and I stayed home to tend the 4 kids while the rest of the adults went to the Rose Parade.
Later that afternoon, they parked all the floats along a fenced off street and charged admission to see them. Char and I got to see the floats close up. Amazing. Every surface had to be covered with flowers, leaves, seeds or plant material.

Dang Deer
At first it was fun to watch the deer in the back yard. Now they come everyday and eat everything in sight. They leave hoof prints everywhere in the snow---on the driveway, the back deck, the front porch----not to mention the droppings and pee! If you open the door to yell at them, they just look at you like "what's your problem?".
Tea Party
I set out the old tea set, then went downstairs to get Livi. When I returned, this is what I saw :).
Miss Livi had to wear her beads for the occasion----love it!

The Nativity
We had all the family over on Christmas Eve for dinner and fun. The grandchildren acted out the Christmas story and Justin got to be the baby :).

Model Trains
We were invited to go see the train display of one of the YSA Bishops. It wasn't quite finished the first time we went, but got to see it all done when we went back the next week with all the grandsons who were visiting. I think they had a fun time watching all the trains going at the same time on different tracks.
